Howard manages field resources across all of W. M. Jordan Company鈥檚 project sites. He provides executive oversight and support to general superintendents and project superintendents, working closely with听them to improve efficiencies on the job site, troubleshoot potential problems and allocate resources across project sites.

More than four decades of construction supervisory experience provide him a depth of experience with diverse facets of the construction process. Howard is a results-oriented leader with the ability to coordinate multiple projects and teams simultaneously. He effectively manages people with varying skill sets from diverse backgrounds in a deadline-driven team environment.

Howard joined W. M. Jordan Company in 1981 supervising construction of complex projects such as the Sentara Louise Obici Memorial Hospital, the Virginia Marine Science Museum, and the U.S. Navy Advanced Firefighting Training Facility before becoming a general superintendent responsible for project sites in Hampton Roads and the Carolinas. He is a certified Healthcare Constructor through the

With over three decades of construction experience and an engineer鈥檚 mind for problem solving, Mark approaches project planning, scheduling, and coordination to leverage human and capital resources for successful, profitable outcomes. As a project executive, he focuses on providing exemplary customer experiences for specific clients in central Virginia and North Carolina.

Mark joined W. M. Jordan Company in 2004 as a Project Manager. He has managed a number of unique projects including the at Fort AP Hill, higher education housing including the , a 1,500 bed residence hall and the renovation and additions of Keswick Hall in Charlottesville, Virginia. He is certified in Contractor鈥檚 Quality Control and Advanced Management. His award-winning projects include a conversion of the historic Central National Bank Building in Richmond to a mixed-use housing project and the expanded .

Mark has been a member of the and has served on the Richmond District Executive Committee of the .

As a regional field manager, Frank works closely with project superintendents to improve efficiencies on the job site, troubleshoot potential problems and allocate resources across project sites. Possessing over three decades of construction experience, Frank is results-oriented and coordinates multiple projects and teams simultaneously. Frank has served as a mentor for many members of our field staff, specifically in the Carolinas, and will continue to guide our construction team members over the course of the project.

Frank joined W. M. Jordan in 2006.听 Since then, Frank has advanced from Superintendent to Senior Superintendent to a General Superintendent. During that time, Frank has worked on a number of W. M. Jordan projects throughout Virginia and the Carolinas, including the , the , and the .

As Project Executive, Scott brings over 29 years of experience to W. M. Jordan and our clients over a diverse range of project sectors including Higher Education, Laboratories, Healthcare, and Senior Living. Scott has a history of concurrently directing multiple projects to successful completion through effective management and team collaboration. He continually strives to produce high quality buildings and facilities while adhering to a schedule and budget.听 Scott is a results-oriented, hands-on professional with expertise in all facets of construction project management. He has a verifiable track record for the successful completion of projects through coordinating trades, developing partnerships, and building positive rapport with architects, engineers, local officials, vendors, and clients while maintaining costs. Scott is versed in contract negotiations, project estimating, constructability review, document preparation, building code and regulations, material purchasing, site management through substantial completion and occupancy.

Scott is committed to mentoring and is an active board member of the Richmond chapter of Ace Mentor having served as a Lead Mentor for the past four years.

As Project Executive, Jeff supports, guides and mentors the Project Team to ensure project coordination and quality control. He has 40 years of industry experience with an extensive background in the healthcare industry. Jeff focuses on client satisfaction, developing and maintaining strong relationships with the Owner. He concentrates on the big picture, allocating resources as required to be sure the team maintains the approved project budget and schedule throughout the project.

Andrew has been with W. M. Jordan Company since the age of 19. Starting off as a shop assistant, he quickly showed that he had a lot of potential to make a difference to the team at WMJ.听 Soon, Andrew was managing W. M. Jordan鈥檚 heavy equipment, including cranes, generators, trucks and jackhammers. His keen eye for organization and efficiency helped transform how W. M. Jordan managed its internal equipment.

Andrew鈥檚 work ethic and innovative ideas got him noticed by WMJ鈥檚 newly established Enterprise Technology department, where he joined the team as an Enterprise Technology Support Engineer, eventually becoming the Help Desk Manager. In 2021 Andrew was promoted to Director of Enterprise Technology.

Andrew uses his skills and experience to assist the W. M. Jordan Team with their technology needs 鈥� from the offices to remote jobsites, Andrew helps keep WMJ connected.

鈥淢y favorite part of my job is problem solving and collaborating with my team,鈥� said Andrew. 鈥淚 get to help the rest of the company get their job done, which is very rewarding. I also really enjoy getting to see the rapidly changing technology of the construction industry.鈥�

Julie is a resource for employees and their families who want to improve their lives through health and wellness. Her weekly newsletters, fitness classes, lectures and group challenges, inspire, motivate and empower people to take charge of their own well-being.

Julie began her career as a fitness instructor in 1985. Since then, she has managed and operated gyms, trained U.S. service members overseas, taught fitness on the community college level and in the private sector, and ran her own successful personal training business. She is certified by and a member of the .

As Wellness Director, Julie develops W. M. Jordan Company鈥檚 wellness initiatives, coaching both individuals and groups to be more proactive in their approach to wellness. She provides people with the framework to establish better habits and the encouragement to maintain and improve upon the healthy practices they already have. Her constant objective is to empower others to integrate wellness practices into their lives.

Like many of our employees, Mike is a product of our internship program.听 Mike joined 麻豆视频 in 2004 as a project engineer and since then has taken on increasing levels of responsibility and new leadership roles within W.M. Jordan.听 Mike has managed over 30 projects representing over $550 million in contracts with a focus on federal and hospitality industries.

Mike鈥檚 Team approach to project planning has led to many successful projects such as Norfolk Hilton The Main, Virginia Beach Oceanfront Marriott and River Tower at Harbors Edge.听 As Project Executive, Mike supports, guides and mentors the Project Team to ensure project coordination and quality control.听 Mike focuses on client ensuring client satisfaction as well as developing and maintaining strong relationships with our Clients and Trade Partners.听 He concentrates on the big picture, allocating resources as required to be sure the Team maintains the approved project budget and schedule throughout the project.

Mike holds a Bachelor鈥檚 of Science in Construction Management from Virginia Tech and a Masters of Business Administration from The College of William and Mary.听 Mike is a true proponent of life-long learning and continues to develop himself personally and professionally.听 Mike is a current member of the class of 2023 in the Civic Leadership Institute.听 He is the past president of the Peninsula chapter of the Virginia AGC as well as a past board member of the Virginia AGC.

Jennifer started her career at WMJ as a marketing intern. After graduating from Virginia Tech in 2009, she joined the team full time as a marketing coordinator. In 2015, Jennifer was promoted to marketing manager and to the director of marketing in 2020.

Throughout her time at WMJ, Jennifer has been an integral part in many of our most prominent jobs. She has worked with the entire team at WMJ to establish high standards of brand consistency and recognition across the region. She is a co-chair of the WMJ Women in Construction Network and is passionate about providing valuable educational and mentoring opportunities that support and promote career advancement, leadership development and overall strategies to succeed for women in the AEC industry.

Johnson was recently named a 2023 Cystic Fibrosis Foundation Virginia鈥檚 Finest Honoree in Richmond. She is a past president of the Society for Marketing Professional Services (SMPS) Virginia Chapter and continues to be engaged in the chapter at a state and national level. Johnson was named the SMPS VA Chapter Marketer of the Year in 2018. She is also a member of Junior League of Richmond where she has served on the Recruitment Committee.

Johnson is an avid supporter of Virginia Tech sports, particularly football. You can find her in Lane Stadium cheering on the Hokies most fall weekends. In her other free time, she enjoys spending time with family and friends at the beach.

As Director of Construction Accounting, Amy works within our organization to ensure consistency and accuracy in the financial reporting of W. M. Jordan projects in addition to overseeing daily cash flow operations.

Before joining W. M. Jordan Company in 2001, Amy received her Bachelor of Science in business administration from Christopher Newport University. In her time at W. M. Jordan, Amy has held, many different roles within our accounting department, making her a natural fit for the role of Director of Construction Accounting.

Amy is a member of the Construction Financial Management Association and serves on the Board of Directors at the Virginia Living Museum. She is also a member of the W. M. Jordan Learning and Development Advisory Board.

As Vice President of Operations in the Carolinas, Randy supports, guides and mentors our project teams in North and South Carolina to ensure project coordination and quality control. He has 40 years of industry experience with an extensive background in the higher education industry. Randy focuses on client satisfaction, developing and maintaining strong relationships with the owner. He concentrates on the big picture, allocating resources as required to be sure the team maintains the approved project budget and schedule throughout the project.

A Certified Public Accountant and University of Virginia graduate, David is the Director of Finance for W. M. Jordan Real Estate Development. He oversees the financial strategy and accounting function of the real estate development practice, from project budgeting, obtaining financing, and planning tax savings strategies at project inception to relevant, and accurate financial reporting during project execution.

David joined W. M. Jordan in 2019 after spending over 11 years at a Big 4 accounting firm. During his time in public accounting, David audited the financial statements and internal controls for start-up, mid-market, and large public companies in a wide variety of industries. His client engagements included initial public offerings and convertible debt financings, as well as evaluating discounted cash flow models and valuation techniques for deals exceeding over $10 billion in acquired assets.

David鈥檚 ability to analyze and solve complex finance and accounting issues, identify key financial metrics, and concisely report findings make him an invaluable asset to our clients.

Dave enjoys giving back to others and most recently joined the United Way of the Virginia Peninsula Board of Directors as the Treasurer.

As the Director of Safety, John is responsible for the development, implementation, monitoring and training of W. M. Jordan Company鈥檚 health and safety program. He understands the necessary steps needed to keep a project鈥檚 construction operating safely. His efforts firmly establish the safety and well-being of all workers as a core corporate value.

John has been in the construction industry over 28 years and in safety for over 16. During his time with W. M. Jordan, John has served as the onsite safety and health manager for large scale jobs such as Westminster Canterbury of the Blue Ridge, Westminster Canterbury Richmond and the VCUHS Critical Care Tower.

鈥淚t brings me great satisfaction knowing that I helped make sure every man and woman made it home safely to their families after a day on the jobsite,鈥� said John. 鈥淚 also like knowing that our team was a part of something that has helped make people鈥檚 lives and our communities a better place.鈥�

Dwayne has led W. M. Jordan Company鈥檚 modeling and planning operations since 2009. Named a Virtual Innovator in class of 2016, he is a recognized leader in his industry. Dwayne holds a Bachelor鈥檚 of Science in Architectural Engineering from North Carolina A&T State University. He is a LEED Accredited Professional and holds an AGC certificate for BIM Management.

Dwayne constantly develops innovative methodologies that help W. M. Jordan Company maintain a competitive edge, such as virtual reality, augmented reality, and similar tools. Embracing a whole team approach with meticulous attention to detail, he works with our clients, design partners, subcontractors and internal staff to maximize the benefits of virtual design and construction on each project.

A champion for integrating technology into the design and construction process, Dwayne serves as a teacher, mentor, and facilitator for several organizations. He is a founding member of the Hampton Roads Revit User Group, an active member of Virginia Revit User Group and Charlottesville Revit User Group, Autodesk University, AUGI and AGC . Dwayne is a former member of DBIA BIM Committee, a member of the Models & Implementation Guidance (MIG) team for the National BIM Standard (NBIMS), and the Building Smart Alliance. Dwayne also serves as the ABC Student Chapter Ambassador at Norfolk State University, and was recently appointed to the ABC National Work Force Development Committee.

Andy joined W. M. Jordan in 2020 as part of a strategic effort and expansion plan for the Carolinas.听Andy is part of the Leadership Team in the W. M. Jordan Greenville, South Carolina office, and works to assist clients with Preconstruction and Construction Services. Andy has lived in the Greenville area his entire life and has been working in the construction industry for over 25 years.

In 1995, Andy began his construction career going to work for his family construction business. Starting in the field, Andy began working on projects as a Superintendent for ten years.听He experienced working in diverse market segments, such as Senior Living, Industrial and Municipal work. In 2005, Andy transitioned to Senior Project Manager and Business Development, continuing to work in municipal markets as well as K-12 and medical markets. In 2008, Andy purchased the majority shares of his family company and began to focus the company鈥檚 growth to projects with alternate delivery methods, including CM-at Risk and Design Build. Over the next ten years, Andy led the company from revenues of $20 million per year to over $100 million per year and worked on high profile projects such as Clemson Indoor Football Practice Facility and Clemson University Football Operations Facility.听In 2020, Sherman Construction and W. M. Jordan merged resources to establish WMJ鈥檚 fifth office location in Greenville, South Carolina.听Andy works closely with the Wilmington team to assist clients in the Carolinas.

Andy received an associate鈥檚 degree while attending night classes from Greenville Technical College while working as a superintendent.听 He furthered his career development by completing AGC Project Supervision Certification and AGC Company Leadership Forum.听Andy has been part of Sandler Sales Training for 6 years and spends some of his time assisting and coaching others in best sales practices. Andy carries a General Contracting license in 4 states, including South Carolina, North Carolina, Georgia and Tennessee.

Andy has been married to his wife Heather for over 20 years and has 2 daughters, Madison and Campbell.听He enjoys time with his family at the lake and Clemson Football.

Holli joined W. M. Jordan Company in 2005 and has since enjoyed a career of growth and opportunity over the past 18 years. Since 2012, she has been the Executive Assistant to Executive Chairman, John Lawson.听 In her role as Senior Executive Assistant, she supports our Executive Chairman and our WMJ Board of Directors as Assistant Corporate Secretary.

Since 2008, Holli has been involved in the successful planning and execution of many of our notable company wide events including corporate anniversary celebrations, our annual WMJ Charity Golf Classic benefiting CHKD, retirement celebrations for our WMJ Alumni, and many other memorable events. As the Director of Corporate Events, she leads company wide events from conceptualization through logistics to successful completion. Our WMJ team always has a reason to come together, and she ensures that large-scale employee events and regional fun committee events provide ample opportunity for fun, camaraderie, and philanthropic outreach to our communities across all of our geographic regions.

Holli enjoys giving back to our company and community as Chair of the WMJ Hope Fund, Vice Chair of the United Way of the Peninsula Emerging Leaders Society Steering Committee, Member and Mentor for the ODU Women鈥檚 Initiative Network (WIN), and member of the American Society of Administrative Professionals (ASAP).

As a project executive, Jerry brings over 30 years of experience to W. M. Jordan. He is a veteran of the United States Marine Corps and holds a B.S. in Construction Management from East Carolina University. Jerry has been instrumental in project management, mentorship, learning & development, and overall leadership in our Wilmington office and has helped our Wilmington regional office continue to grow and expand. Jerry has successfully delivered multiple K-12, Higher Education Facilities, Federal / Military, Hospitality, Light Industrial, Office Buildings and Big Box Retail projects over the course of his carrier.
